Individuals can access the organization’s designated reporting site. No username or password is needed by individuals to access the reporting site; making is quick and easy to submit a report. The designated reporting site includes a customized welcome message for all individuals to read prior to proceeding with the report.
Individuals can report anonymously or leave their contact information, including their name, email address or telephone number. Because a username is not needed to access the designated reporting site, individuals truly remain anonymous if they choose. If the individual chooses to be contacted, their information is included in the detailed report.
Individuals receive confirmation their report was submitted and unique nine digit PIN. This PIN can be used to follow-up on the status of their report. Individuals can access the designated reporting site and enter the PIN to obtain an update. Or, individuals can call the telephone for an update, even if they originally submitted the report through the designated reporting site.
