Hotline Service Center’s toll free designated line is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, even on holidays. Individuals never need to worry about remembering the hotline schedule because we are always available to take their call. Hotline Service Center offers the flexible option to redirect your current hotline number to our line or use our toll free number.
Hotline Service Center’s associates are trained and experienced to fully debrief callers and obtain the necessary information and details about complaints, allegations and concerns. Associates transcribe the callers concern directly into the detailed hotline report template. We offer telephone hotline services for English, Spanish and speakers of other languages.
Individuals can report anonymously and no calls are ever traced. Callers can choose to provide their contact information, including their name, telephone number or email address. Such information is held in confidence. Confidential and anonymous reporting channels eliminate the fear of retribution and encourage individuals to report.
At the completion of the call, you are immediately notified that a report is available to view in your own Confidential Communication Module. Additionally, the caller will receive a unique nine digit PIN that can be used to follow-up. The PIN allows you and the caller the ability to correspond anonymously.
