Richard P. Jillian Bower, MPA, is the Vice President of Business Development at the Compliance Resource Center, LLC (CRC), a company that provides comprehensive and integrated end-to-end compliance management tools, that includes Hotline Service Center, Sanction Screening Services and Policy Resource Center. She has been a health care consultant and analyst at SM before moving over to CRC.
