Webinar Date/Time: June 14, 2018 at 2:00-3:00 PM ESTWebinar Replay Coming Soon!
Are you doing enough to evidence that your compliance program is effective? While many Compliance Officers know that they should provide this evidence to senior management, the Board of Directors, and possibly even regulators, they may not know the best ways to show their programs are effective, how often to supply evidencing data, or even why they need to show that their compliance program is effective.
These questions, and more, will be answered during Strategic Management’s complimentary webinar on Thursday, June 14. Join our health care compliance experts to learn about effective methods, best practices, and insider tips on how to best show that your compliance program is effective. Former Inspector General, Richard Kusserow, and Senior Managing Consultant, Carrie Kusserow, will be leading the webinar and have extensive experience in managing and providing advisory services for health care compliance programs.
The webinar will focus on answering the following questions related to evidencing compliance program effectiveness:
- How to evidence the effectiveness of the program?
- Why is it important to assess program effectiveness?
- How frequently should the program be assessed?
- What needs to be evidenced on an ongoing basis?
- What should periodic, major effectiveness assessments include?
- How can program effectiveness be benchmarked against peers?
- What metrics can be used to evidence effectiveness?
- How can the compliance culture be measured?
- How to measure what employees learned during the training lessons?
- How to determine employees’ compliance knowledge?
- What is difference between program and risk assessments?
- How to set a proper scope for an effectiveness assessment?
- Can support for compliance by executives and the Board be evidenced?
Gain valuable insight on how to evidence compliance program effectiveness, and join the Q&A with our compliance experts at the end of the webinar session to further evaluate your own program’s current evidencing methods.
