The following federal and state agencies recently updated their sanction and exclusion data:

- GSA SAM
- NPI Registry
- OFAC SDN
- OIG LEIE
- Tricare Sanctions
The DEA database was updated on September 19, 2018. The NPI Registry database was updated on September 24, 2018. The DEA ACAD and OFAC SDN databases were updated on September 25, 2018. The GSA SAM database was updated on September 26, 2018. The OIG LEIE and Tricare Sanctions databases were updated on September 28, 2018.
The following state databases were updated on September 21, 2018: AL, AR, FL, IL, IN, and LA. The ME, MI, NE, NY, and OH databases were updated on September 24, 2018. The CT, MA, MD, ND, and TX databases were updated on September 25, 2018. The following state databases were updated on September 26, 2018: AK, CA, KY, MS, SC, WV, and WV2. The MN, NV, PA, and WA databases were updated on September 27, 2018. The GA, IA, NC, NJ, and VT databases were updated on September 28, 2018.
