The following federal and state agencies recently updated their sanction and exclusion data:
- DEA ACAD
- DEA CCAD
- GSA SAM
- NPI Registry
- OFAC SDN
- OIG LEIE
- Tricare Sanctions
The DEA ACAD was updated on December 27, 2018. The DEA database was updated on December 28, 2018. The NPI Registry, OIG LEIE, and Tricare Sanctions databases were updated on December 29, 2018. The following federal databases were updated on December 31, 2018: DEA ACAD, GSA SAM, and OFAC SDN.
The CT, IN, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NY, and OH databases were updated on December 26, 2018. The following state databases were updated on December 27, 2018: AL, AR, FL, IA, ME, MI, ND, NE, TX, VT, WA, and WV. The AK, DC, GA, ID, MN, and MT databases were updated on December 28, 2018. The NV database was updated on December 29, 2018. The following state databases were updated on December 31, 2018: CA, IL, LA, MO, and PA.
