The following federal and state agencies recently updated their sanction and exclusion data:

- GSA SAM
- NPI Registry
- OFAC SDN
- OIG LEIE
- Tricare Sanctions
The DEA ACAD and Tricare Sanctions databases were updated on November 28, 2018. The FDA database was updated on November 29, 2018. The DEA ACAD database was updated on December 1, 2018. The following federal databases were updated on December 2, 2018: DEA, GSA SAM, NPI Registry, OFAC SDN, and OIG LEIE.
The CT, IN, NC, and VT databases were updated on November 26, 2018. The following state databases were updated on November 27, 2018: IL, ND, NJ, and OH. The MA, MD, ME, and NE databases were updated on November 28, 2018. The AR, CA, IA, KY, LA, MI, and MT databases were updated on November 29, 2018. The following state databases were updated on November 30, 2018: DC, FL, GA, MN, MS, NY, and WV. The AL, NV, PA, and TX databases were updated on December 1, 2018.

Compliance Survey Center
The HHS OIG recommends implementing employee surveys to measure compliance program effectiveness.
